Why subscribe?

Drink Me Taste Solutions is a beverage product development firm. We believe that creating great tasting natural beverages shouldn’t be difficult or challenging, especially since people are looking for “better for you” functional beverages.

We also believe that there is a lot of ambiguity surrounding the food and beverage industry. Consumers see an ingredient on a beverage and believe that if it is included in the beverage, then it should give a benefit. Or a beverage that contains “clean” ingredients should be healthy for you. That isn’t always the case.

That’s why the blog was created. To shed some light on which ingredients are scientifically good for you and which are….well….not. We also look at new non-alcoholic beverages entering the market to shed some light on if the beverage is actually good for you

An experienced food scientist writes every post, so you know that the information is scientifically based and unbiased.

Paid subscribers are eligible for participating in monthly Q&A sessions where any of your food and beverages questions are answered by an experienced food scientist. They also receive blog posts at least a week earlier than free subscribers.
